Some people may ask "What is protection?" Well my honest answer to that would be... Protection while working with spirit is either visualising a bubble around you or visualising the most gorgeous of gold building thicker and thicker each day when you need it. Some people who work in love and light feel they do not need protection... everyone has free will and if you are reading this and do not feel you need protection - that's fine - each to there own - there is no right or wrong way... however I feel personally you do need to protect as this helps you stay protected by any unwanted energies and also helps you not to take on the sitter/clients pain/emotions etc... being protected also helps you not to become drained - meaning if you are reading a sitter/client - you will not become affected by how they feel in general... I feel I must stress that (again my own personal opinion) there are people out there who may not know that they are draining you... then again - we do have Psychic Vamps so I really would advise you do use protection as it does help in so many ways... Now you may also ask "Well how do I protect?" There are many ways of doing this and we have many methods on our message boards which would benefit so many people... You may as was said above use the bubble method which is merely surrounding yourself inside a bubble of love and light or you can even visualise different colours in it - such as green if you feel you need healing or maybe even pink for unconditional love... You may also again has been said use the visualision of gold and see it becoming thicker and thicker each day or when you do protect... You will find a difference however I also feel I must stress - this will not affect your connection with spirit so please do not worry about that... You may also call on Archangel Michael - who is a very powerful protector and would never turn his back on any of us... Just call on him from your heart and ask him to wrap his cobalt cloak around you... You may get the feeling of something being placed over your shoulders... this will be Archangel Michael coming to your aid or you may feel nothing however please do not let this bother you if you can not feel this as some of us are a lot more sensitive than others...
Always remember... you can also protect your family, home, work place ... basically anywhere at all or anyone at all... all you need to do is use your mind and visualision and please do not worry if you can not or feel you can not concentrate re visualising - that is okay... as long as you feel your protection over and around you...
